Work Phase
Every active station works for 60 seconds. The platform runs the clock and keeps the room synchronized
The group class where the group finally becomes a team
Every station matters. Miss a target, and the whole class works through the consequence together.
Group classes put people together, but rarely make them perform as one
Prepare the room. Start the Grind. The protocol handles timing, results, Burdens, and the transition to the next Work Phase.

Each occupied station is evaluated against its target. One failed station affects the whole group
Every failed station generates its assigned Burden. The whole group completes each Burden before moving on
Athlete inputs lock after the Work Phase. Machine and bodyweight results are confirmed before Evaluation
Athletes join by QR code, track bodyweight reps, and submit machine results in the station's official unit
The coach sees station status, submitted results, active Burdens, readiness, and essential session controls
Shared consequence.
No public blame.
By default, athletes see the active Burden without the failed station being identified. The consequence stays collective.
We're building the standardized system for Functional Endurance.
Every official session, benchmark, and result runs the same rules — so performance compares across facilities, countries, and seasons.
